Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
• Perform thorough assessments and document patient status accurately
• Administer medications and treatments safely and on schedule
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient needs and transitions
• Respond promptly to patient changes and escalate concerns as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and handoffs at shift change

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred for RNs
• Minimum clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong skills considered
• Up-to-date immunizations and clear background check
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently overnight

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program (LPN diploma or RN ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making
• Medication administration and documentation accuracy
• Comfort with electronic health record systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork during handoffs
• Ability to prioritize and respond in a fast-paced environment
