Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with daily living activities
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support safe transfers, mobility, and fall prevention practices
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care
• Document care accurately and promptly to maintain clear communication
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current GNA/CNA certification or equivalent (required)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Minimum experience: entry-level to 1 year in a healthcare support role is welcome
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude

Education

• High school diploma or GED; GNA/CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care skills: bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Familiarity with ADLs and infection control practices
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Teamwork mindset and clear verbal/written communication
• Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately
