Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with professionalism and respect
• Administer medications, document administration, and monitor patient responses
• Perform skilled nursing tasks and assessments to support positive patient outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document care in the electronic health record and maintain clinical notes
• Support safe transitions of care by coordinating with nursing staff and providers

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Maryland required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable
• Recent clinical experience as an LPN preferred (1 year+ recommended)
• Proof of required immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused work ethic

Education

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) program

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and basic IV/site care knowledge
• Patient assessment and documentation skills
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Infection control and safety best practices
