Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy evaluations and hands-on treatment to help patients reach meaningful goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions and measurable outcomes
• Document patient progress clearly and timely in the facility EMR, ensuring compliance and continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (state licensure required)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
• Prior outpatient experience preferred (1+ years helpful but new grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's in Physical Therapy acceptable

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy techniques
• Knowledge of common outpatient diagnoses and plan of care development
• Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Good time management, organization, and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to educate patients and families clearly and compassionately
