Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide and document BLS-certified care and emergency response readiness
- Complete Trinity Skills Checklist testing and competency assessments
- Verify licenses and certificates to ensure staff compliance
- Manage employee immunization and health screening records (MMR, Hep B, Influenza, COVID-19, etc.)
- Perform fit testing and TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA) according to protocols
- Coordinate drug screens, vision checks, and other occupational health screenings
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Experience with Trinity checklists or similar occupational health systems preferred
- Demonstrated experience performing immunizations, fit testing, and TB screening
- Strong attention to detail with license/certificate verification experience
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and leadership
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related field preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with occupational health processes: immunizations, TB testing, fit testing
- Skill in maintaining accurate health records and documentation
- Ability to verify and track licenses and certifications
- Comfortable administering and documenting vaccines and screening tests
- Good organizational skills and proficiency with electronic health systems
- Customer-service mindset when working with employees and clinic staff
