Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and reduce pain
- Monitor patient progress, document effectively, and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with clinic staff and other providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Manage a consistent and diverse caseload while maintaining excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Utah Physical Therapist license required
- Strong outpatient clinical skills and comfort managing an outpatient caseload
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage a consistent and diverse caseload in a fast-paced clinic
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
- Manual therapy concepts and therapeutic exercise prescription
- Clinical documentation and EMR proficiency
- Patient education and strong interpersonal communication
- Time management and caseload prioritization
