Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter claims and related data accurately and efficiently into our systems
• Perform general office administration tasks to keep the team running smoothly
• Review records for completeness and flag discrepancies for follow-up
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve claims issues and improve processes
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and service-level expectations
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of experience in an office setting
• Experience or training in claims data entry preferred
• Strong typing and data entry accuracy
• Comfort with basic computer applications and ability to learn claims systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to pass required background checks

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Familiarity with claims processing concepts is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and work collaboratively
