Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed, up to 40 hrs per week
Candidate Pay Rate: $103.16/hr (bill rate) — OT same rate; Holiday $125.85/hr; Call rate $6.88/hr

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments using established protocols and a patient-centered approach
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and ensure proper safety checks
- Collaborate with oncologists, dosimetrists, and the care team to optimize treatment plans
- Document treatments and chart in Epic accurately and timely
- Educate and support patients and families through treatment, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Follow radiation safety regulations, maintain badge accountability, and participate in quality assurance activities
Qualifications
- Current WA RT license required at time of submission
- Certified Radiation Therapist (RTT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-T)
- RT certification from Washington Department of Health
- BLS certification required
- 1-2+ years of Radiation Therapy experience preferred
- Radiation badge required by agency
Education
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
- ARRT (T) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care and communication skills for oncology populations
- Knowledge of radiation oncology techniques for head & neck, breast, lung, prostate, colon cancers
- Familiarity with Epic (EpicCare Inpatient) charting system
- Medical terminology relevant to oncology and radiation therapy
- Attention to detail for treatment setup, documentation, and safety procedures
