Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients as an LPN
- Administer medications and document accurately
- Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the team
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort
- Collaborate with RNs and other care team members to support care plans
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient record
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
- Prior LPN experience preferred but new graduates with strong clinical skills considered
- Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Education
- Vocational nursing diploma or equivalent required
- High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical assessment and basic nursing skills
- Medication administration and charting accuracy
- Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for electronic charting
