Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging studies while following safety and imaging protocols
• Operate CT equipment and adjust scanning parameters to optimize image quality
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication before, during, and after procedures
• Ensure patient safety and proper identification, adhering to infection control and radiation safety guidelines
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
• Participate in Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklists to maintain clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Current, valid CT technologist license/certification with license verification required
• BLS certification required
• Experience performing CT and other imaging procedures (as demonstrated on resume)
• Willingness to complete Trinity specialty specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Ability to pass required screening: fit test, 10-panel drug screen, color vision test, and physical/health statement
• Up-to-date vaccinations per facility policy (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap) and 2-step PPD or IGRA

Knowledge & Skills

• Computed Tomography (CT) expertise
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Familiarity with imaging procedures and radiation safety
• Proficiency with CT equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to follow protocols, checklists, and competency assessments
