Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and monitor patient status
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate excellent care
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Support infection control practices and maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license for Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamental nursing assessment and clinical skills
- Medication administration and charting proficiency
- Basic understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Comfortable using electronic health records and documentation tools
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work well in a team
