Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient environment
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and vendor services to keep equipment reliable
• Conduct routine inspections and address hazards proactively
• Manage work orders and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support facility projects and improvements
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance checks
• Coach and support onsite staff to deliver high-quality facility services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, or related role
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to multiple sites as needed
• Comfort with light physical activity (lifting up to 10 lbs, climbing, walking, occasional work at elevated levels)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with safety and compliance best practices; certifications (e.g., OSHA) a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Facility Management fundamentals and preventive maintenance planning
• Ability to handle, lift/carry up to 10 lbs, push/pull small loads
• Comfort with tasks like balancing, bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, standing, walking and typing
• Basic driving and travel between sites
• Attention to detail and safety-minded approach
• Vendor coordination and documentation skills
