Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient environment
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and vendor services to keep equipment reliable
- Conduct routine inspections and address hazards proactively
- Manage work orders and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support facility projects and improvements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance checks
- Coach and support onsite staff to deliver high-quality facility services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, or related role
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to multiple sites as needed
- Comfort with light physical activity (lifting up to 10 lbs, climbing, walking, occasional work at elevated levels)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety and compliance best practices; certifications (e.g., OSHA) a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Facility Management fundamentals and preventive maintenance planning
- Ability to handle, lift/carry up to 10 lbs, push/pull small loads
- Comfort with tasks like balancing, bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, standing, walking and typing
- Basic driving and travel between sites
- Attention to detail and safety-minded approach
- Vendor coordination and documentation skills
