Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment focused on patient-centered goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
• Document patient progress clearly and timely in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture by mentoring colleagues and participating in quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact privileges where applicable)
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Ability to manage a full caseload and document efficiently in the EMR

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy acceptable where applicable

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional restoration
• Proficient with outcome measures and progress tracking
• Comfortable with patient education and coaching for home programs
• Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and documentation skills
• Team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate across disciplines
