Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that makes a real difference
• Assess patient needs, create and implement care plans, and document outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and the care team to coordinate treatment
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
• Monitor patient status and escalate concerns promptly to ensure safety
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

• Active, relevant state professional license or certification as required by the role (for example, RN license for nursing roles)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS) preferred where applicable
• Clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred; specific years will vary by role
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to complete credentialing and background checks as required by the facility

Education

• Relevant degree or diploma (for clinical roles, ADN or BSN common; specifics depend on the position)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Compassionate patient communication and family education
