Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to assigned patients as an LPN
- Administer medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team promptly
- Support patient comfort and safety during the night shift
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians and support staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Maryland or eligible to practice in Maryland
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification per facility policy
- Completion of an accredited LPN/licensed practical nurse program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM night shift reliably
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Patient assessment and monitoring skills
- Comfortable with electronic health record documentation
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Compassionate patient-centered approach
