Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and triage mental health needs with compassion and clinical precision
- Provide evidence-based individual and group interventions to support recovery
- Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans that make a measurable difference
- Collaborate with nursing, psychiatry, and community partners to coordinate care
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in training, case reviews, and quality improvement efforts to elevate care
Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) — active license required
- Comfort working in behavioral health/mental health settings
- Willingness to complete the 2-week onsite training (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM schedule)
- Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation skills
- Professional, compassionate communicator who thrives on team-based care
Education
- Master of Social Work (MSW) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment planning
- Skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation
- Familiarity with community resources and care coordination
- Proficient documentation and time-management abilities
- Trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive practice
