Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations at the facility to ensure smooth, patient-focused care
• Coach and mentor staff to promote growth, engagement, and high performance
• Implement process improvements that enhance quality, safety, and efficiency
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to meet organizational goals
• Monitor performance metrics and drive accountability through data-informed decisions
• Manage staffing needs and scheduling to maintain excellent coverage and continuity

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable making operational decisions and guiding teams through change
• Experience with performance management and staff development
• Background checks and eligibility to work under C2C or W2 arrangements as noted

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Operational leadership and team management in a healthcare setting
• Quality improvement and performance monitoring
• Effective communication with clinical and non-clinical teams
• Problem solving and prioritization under pressure
• Basic familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
