Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
• Document patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately and promptly
• Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement efforts
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in trainings and maintain required certifications to support excellent care delivery

Qualifications

• Current and appropriate state licensure for the role (for example, RN, LPN, PT, or other applicable license)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced certifications such as ACLS or specialty credentials preferred as applicable
• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
• Ability to pass standard background check and drug screening
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree, Bachelor degree, or relevant clinical degree preferred depending on role

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable with electronic medical record documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
