Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
- Document patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately and promptly
- Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement efforts
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in trainings and maintain required certifications to support excellent care delivery
Qualifications
- Current and appropriate state licensure for the role (for example, RN, LPN, PT, or other applicable license)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced certifications such as ACLS or specialty credentials preferred as applicable
- Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
- Ability to pass standard background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree, Bachelor degree, or relevant clinical degree preferred depending on role
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable with electronic medical record documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
