Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality full-time outpatient primary care to a loyal patient base
• Build and grow a patient panel with the support of a busy, multidisciplinary team
• Participate in shared call coverage on a 1:4 rotation to support continuity of care
• Collaborate with in-hospital specialties (urology, cardiology, surgery, etc.) for coordinated care
• Utilize onsite lab services to streamline diagnostics and patient visits
• Contribute to community outreach and expansion of primary care services

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Eligible for or holding an active Iowa medical license (ability to obtain required state licensure)
• Willingness to participate in shared call rotation (1:4)
• Visa candidates accepted; locum tenens not accepted
• No active malpractice cases in probate or requiring supervision

• MD or DO
• Completion of Family Medicine residency

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience in outpatient family medicine and primary care workflows
• Patient panel development and longitudinal care management
• Collaborative approach with specialists and advanced practice providers
• Familiarity with onsite lab coordination and using clinical resources efficiently
• Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills
