Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive adult outpatient care in a family practice primary care setting
- Perform and interpret EKGs to inform patient diagnosis and management
- Conduct disability and occupational medicine exams with clear, timely documentation
- Document patient encounters accurately in Cerner and collaborate with the care team for follow-up
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for routine and complex primary care needs
Qualifications
- MD or DO (or equivalent) with training in Family Medicine
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine preferred
- New Jersey medical license required or willingness to obtain a New Jersey license
- Comfortable and experienced with Cerner or similar EMR platforms
- Experience with adult outpatient care, EKG interpretation, and disability/occupational exams
Education
- MD or DO degree; residency in Family Medicine
Knowledge & Skills
- Family practice clinical skills and preventive care knowledge
- Adult outpatient assessment and management
- EKG interpretation and application to clinical decision-making
- Experience using Cerner for documentation and order entry
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with patients and care teams
