Roles & Responsibilities

• Verify, prepare and dispense medications accurately in a busy hospital setting
• Use Epic Willow Inpatient to review orders, document interventions, and support safe medication use
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and allied health staff to optimize patient therapy
• Participate in Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and skills checklists to maintain clinical readiness
• Perform medication reconciliation, clinical screenings and patient counseling as needed
• Ensure compliance with licensing, facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license with successful License/Certificate Verification (state license required)
• Hospital pharmacy experience (explicitly required)
• Epic Willow Inpatient experience (required)
• Current BLS certification
• Willingness to complete Trinity specialty competencies, skills checklists and required health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong proficiency with Epic Willow Inpatient and electronic medication records
• Deep understanding of hospital pharmacy operations and medication safety
• Effective communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Familiarity with hospital policies, sterile and non-sterile workflows, and clinical documentation
• Attention to detail for medication verification and regulatory compliance
